Visit the Mishima calendar Master’s House.

 

三島暦はカナ文字で書かれた暦として日本で一番古いものだと言われています。

月の満ち欠けにもとづき計算され、月の動きを中心に太陽に対する地球の動きを暦の中に加味しているものとして日本人の生活に重要な指標として活用されていました。

その後グレゴリオ暦に統一されます。

The Mishima calendar is said to be the oldest calendar written in hiragana in Japan.

It was calculated based on the phases of the moon.

It focuses on the movement of the moon and considers the movement of the earth around the sun, and was used as an important index in the lives of Japanese people. After that, it will be unified into the Gregorian calendar.

 

戦国時代における暦は重要な役割を果たしていました。

The calendar played an important role in the Warring States period of the 15^th century.

そのころ、朝廷が認可した京暦もあり、そこには日数のずれが生じていた為、織田信長は特に優れた三島暦を支持しており、本能寺の変の前日に日本の暦の統一を計ろうと動き出し、翌日本能寺で殺されたという歴史の裏話があります。

Around that time, the Kyoto calendar approved by the imperial court also appeared, and Oda Nobunaga supported the excellent Mishima calendar and started to unify the Japanese calendar the day before the Honnoji incident, and was killed at Honnoji Temple the next day. This is a historical inside story.

 

本能寺の変を描き、京都本能寺と深いかかわりがある塩澤は、三島暦の会長・副会長と意気投合し、2時間以上の知識の共有をしました。

Shiozawa, who drew a Honnouji Incident and close to Honnouji temple, shared knowledge for more than two hours with the chairman and vice chairman of the Mishima calendar.
